Apossible.com

Apossible.com is a non-profit research and design initiative investigating how technology might help us become more human, rather than simply more productive.

Together with Andrew Trousdale, Jake Dow-Smith, and Bryan Wolff, I explore what it means to flourish in a world increasingly shaped by the technologies we create. Our work brings psychology, design, and technology into conversation through research, experiments, and prototypes that seek to nurture care, curiosity, and our capacity to live meaningful lives.

We have become remarkably good at making things faster, easier, and more convenient. Yet many of the experiences that make life meaningful require time, attention, effort, and sometimes even difficulty. The friction we so eagerly remove can also be where we develop our strengths, deepen our relationships, and discover something about ourselves.

Apossible is an attempt to imagine technology that does not merely accommodate our habits and desires, but helps us cultivate the qualities we wish to embody. Technology that leaves room for uncertainty, encourages us to care for one another, and expands our ability to participate meaningfully in the world.
