Tinyawards.net
Tinyawards.net is an annual celebration of the small, poetic, creative, handmade web.
Founded in 2023, the Tiny Awards recognize personal, non-commercial websites that might otherwise be overlooked by more traditional awards. They celebrate people making things for the web out of curiosity, imagination, and the simple pleasure of making something.
Each year, anyone can nominate a website created in the previous twelve months. A selection committee chooses a shortlist, and the wider internet votes for its favourite. The winner receives a small cash prize and a handmade trophy, created by a different artist each year.
Past winners
2026 — Cursor Camp, by Neal Agarwal. A multiplayer summer camp for cursors, full of games, toys, and unexpected encounters.
2025 — Fifty Thousand Names, by Leo Scarin. A digital memorial to Palestinians killed in Gaza, giving individual names and lives a place beyond the headlines.
2024 — One Minute Park, by Elliott Cost. A collection of one-minute visits to parks and green spaces around the world.
2023 — Rotating Sandwiches, by Lauren Walker. A website dedicated to photographs of sandwiches, slowly rotating.
Organized with Matt Klein and Matt Muir.
